LOS ANGELES, May 25 — The team at Screen Junkies are back with another Honest Trailer and this time they take us on a journey down memory lane with X-Men: The Animated Series.
If you grew up in the 90’s, the X-Men animated series was probably one of the best shows to watch. And the voiceover guy couldn’t have said it better with: “Prepare for a series that’s about so much more than fighting villains, it’s also about fighting prejudice.”
Watch as the team make a lot of funny remarks about Wolverine, Sentinels, Cyclops, Jean Grey, and Jubilee and watch them point out the various cliffhangers.
Don’t miss as they also point out in the Honest Trailer how a lot of the characters make a lot of weird noises like Wolverine’s grunts and Storm yelling constantly at nature.
We have to admit though, this clip does remind you that no X-Men movie may ever live up to the glory of the cartoon.
