NEW YORK, June 1 — Born in New Jersey, Peter Dinklage has made himself well known in all sides of acting, from movies to television to theatre.

His screen career began more or less playing himself in 1995's 'Living in Oblivion', where he played an actor who's frustrated with the limited roles offered to dwarf actors.

Right around the corner was his major breakout role as Tyrion Lannister in the hit HBO series ‘Game of Thrones’ that he really became well known. As one of the title characters, he really stands out from the crowd and has in fact been named as one of the “Eight Actors Who Turn Television into Art.”

Since then, although he's keeping his role as one of the most liked characters in ‘Game Of Thrones’, Peter's also turned back to movies, appearing next to the likes of Hugh Jackman, Ian McKellen and Patrick Stewart in 2014's ‘X-Men: Days Of Future Past’.
