KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 6 — The Territorial Army today deployed two units of Mobile Water Filter System (Jernih) to Pahang and Terengganu in order to provide clean water to flood victims.
Brigadier General (Honorary) Expert Water Handling Regiment 60, Royal Engineers Regiment (RAJD) AW, Tan Sri Rozali Ismail said the system was first used in Malaysia after its effectiveness was tested while helping victims of Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines.
