SEPANG, Sept 10 — AirAsia has reminded all passengers travelling to Indonesia to complete the mandatory “All Indonesia” arrival form within three days before entering the country.
The form must be submitted online through allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id or via the All Indonesia mobile app, the latest directive from the Directorate General of Immigration of Indonesia.
“The implementation of All Indonesia will greatly help our guests save time and avoid long queues at their destination airport in Indonesia. We encourage all AirAsia guests to complete this form before departure to ensure a smooth and convenient arrival process,” said Eddy Krismeidi, Head of Indonesia Affairs and Policy at Indonesia AirAsia.
As an integrated passenger declaration system, All Indonesia merges immigration, customs, health and quarantine processes into a single digital platform accessible through web or app.
The new procedure replaces all other manual or electronic arrival declaration forms previously required at Indonesian airports.
Passengers who fail to submit the form will not be permitted to clear immigration upon arrival.
Data entered into the system prior to departure allows for a quicker and more seamless clearance at the airport.
Special assistance lanes under the corridor gate system are available for elderly travellers, people with disabilities and unaccompanied minors.
AirAsia also advised passengers to ensure all details provided in the form are accurate to prevent complications during arrival checks.
The airline stressed that the requirement applies to all international guests flying into Indonesia and that the form can only be completed within three days before their scheduled arrival.
