NEW YORK, March 21 — Seiko has created a cool advertisement that features a miniature Rube Goldberg machine crafted using 1,200 individual mechanical watch components with some as small as 0.7mm across.

A Rube Goldberg machine is actually a contraption or device that is deliberately over-engineered to perform a simple task in a complicated fashion.

Japanese watch masters and Seiko have certainly taken things to the next level by creating this machine with tiny watch parts to create such a small obstacle course that shows off their intricate skills.

We have to say, the clip is pretty mesmerising.
