IPOH, Nov 3 — A man was found dead sitting upright on a sofa with a slash wound on his left shoulder by his son at a house in Taman Cemerlang, Hutan Melintang near Bagan Datoh here, yesterday.
Hilir Perak police chief ACP Goh Kok Liang said R. Kanavathi, 38, was found dead by his son, Elavarasan, who had just returned from Klang, at 10.30am.
“ Kanavathi, who was clad in while T-shirt, was found in a pool of blood. He also had two broken teeth with bloody mouth,” he said when contacted.
Elavarasan contacted his uncle about the incident and the body was sent to the Teluk Intan Hospital. -- Bernama
