NEW YORK, April 27 — Mango pudding is definitely a popular dessert at Chinese restaurants and one loved by many.
In this clip by YouTube channel Tastemade, food enthusiast Dzung Duong will show you how to make this light and fruity dessert, that is sure to be a crowd pleaser.
You’ll need these ingredients for this recipe: 1/4 cup of cold water, 1 packet of gelatine powder, 1/2 cup of whole milk, 1/2 cup of condensed milk, 1/4 cup of sugar, 1 1/2 cups of mango puree, 1/2 cup of finely chopped ripe mangoes (optional) and 1/4 cup of evaporated milk.
Begin by adding the gelatine powder with the water in a medium sized bowl. Let it sit to fully bloom.
Next, heat up the milk in a sauce pan, on medium heat, until it begins to steam. Add the milk to bowl with gelatine and stir until well combined.
Then, add in the sugar, condensed milk, mango puree and chopped mangoes. Stir the mixture well and pour into 4 ramekins.
Chill in the fridge for 2 hours. Serve with a splash of evaporated milk. Enjoy!
