NEW YORK, Feb 16 — Marc Jacobs made a big statement with his fall 2018 collection presented at New York Fashion: The Shows on Wednesday.
The American designer sent down pieces with oversized shoulders, bows, sleeves and pants. On some looks, volume was juxtaposed with cinched waists.
Jacobs used traditional fall fabrics including leather, tweed, velvet and cashmere on various looks.
Bright and dark jewel tones gave the line a luscious feel with pink, green, purple being the dominant colours.

Accessories including belt bags to studded clutches and huge scarves to what Jacobs described as flamboyant shoes, showcased the designers range of products. — Reuters
