The Yoga Studio app from yoga brand Gaiam is suitable for yogis of all levels, enabling users to choose from one of 65 ready-made classes based on level, duration, and what they want to achieve from their class.
Yogis can also choose to download live videos, or create their own classes by linking poses together, and with the option to schedule in classes to your iPhone or iPad calendar to make sure you stay on track with this year's fitness goals.
