KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 1 — A senior citizen from Majalengka in West Java, Indonesia is set to marry again despite having been wedded 87 times prior.
The 61-year-old, identified by his only name Kaan, said his new bride is an ex-wife from his 86th wedding, Tribunnews reported.
Nicknamed ‘Playboy King’ for marrying so many times, Kaan said he could not refuse the woman from returning to him.
“Although it has been a long time since we separated, the love between us is still strong,” the farmer reportedly said.
Kaan claimed that his new spouse is still head over heels in love with him although their marriage only lasted for a month at that time.
The man revealed that he started marrying at the age of 14 and his first wife was two years his senior.
“Due to my poor attitude then, my wife asked for a divorce after two years into the marriage,” he said, without elaborating on the poor attitude.
Kaan then decided to seek spiritual help that would make women go crazy for him.
“But I do not want to do things that are not good for women. I also refuse to play with their emotions.”
“Rather than committing immorality, it is better that I get married.”
It is unclear how many children Kaan has from his 87 marriages.
