SINGAPORE, Oct 19 — Certificate of Entitlement (COE) prices rose across all categories at the end of the latest bidding exercise today, with those in the motorcycle category hitting another high.

The premiums for motorcycles went up to S$12,801 (RM42.440), breaking the previous record of S$11,751 set in the earlier tender this month.

Premiums for small cars (up to 1,600cc and 97kW) or fully electric cars with output of up to 110kW went up by 0.73 per cent to S$81,089.

Large cars (above 1,600cc or 97kW) or fully electric cars with output over 110kW saw premiums go up from S$95,856 in the previous bidding exercise to S$110,000.

Meanwhile, goods vehicles and buses saw COE prices go up by 6.38 per cent to S$70,201.

Finally, in the open category, which can be used for any types of vehicles except motorcycles, premiums went up by 2.86 per cent to S$108,003.

This is the last tender before the COE quota shrinks by 13.7 per cent for the November 2022 to January 2023 bidding exercises.
