KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 20 — For many, a cake and a party is all you need when celebrating a birthday.
But actress Datin Paduka Eina Azman and her husband Datuk Paduka Kaiser Gurmeet Harden Abdullah bought their twins Arianna Aubrey and Karl Kareef a Rolex watch each to commemorate their second birthday!
The timepieces, which Eina shared on her Instagram Stories, cost almost RM20,000 each.
Her one million followers were taken on a retail journey as Eina walked into a Rolex boutique in Penang and picked out two watches with different coloured faces; one blue and one pink.
Unsurprisingly, this extravagance was criticised by social media users.
“That’s wastefulness right there. The only time they can tell is the time to eat,” wrote @nadiafrhan on Twitter.
