KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 23 — This coming March, Malaysia’s very own singing queen Datuk Siti Nurhaliza will be holding a two-day concert at Plenary Hall, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.

After her unfortunate miscarriage, Siti has decided that 2016 would be the year for her to focus on securing her own child, Berita Harian reports.

Therefore, to do so, she promised to avoid having any large-scale concert as it would take up a lot of her stamina, and to focus more on getting herself pregnant instead.

However, the 37-year-old songstress couldn’t keep her promise because during her birthday last Monday, it was announced that Siti will hold a two-day concert on March 5 and 6, 2016.

The concert will be dedicated to selected customers of Yonder Music app, which Siti was recently signed to last November.

“I have indeed said that I would like to slow things down this year, such as not participating in large-scale concert since it would require a lot of efforts, time and energy. I need to pay more attention on having my own child, thus I would require a lot of rest,” said the award-winning singer.

“Nevertheless, since this concert would be held in early March and coincidentally I am not yet pregnant, so I have no reason to refuse,” she added. “After all, this concert is very special to me because for the first time ever, I will be singing in three sets.”
