BEIJING, July 13 — China hopes Germany can see its development “rationally, comprehensively and objectively”, its embassy in Berlin said today, after Germany released its long-awaited China strategy paper.
China is Germany’s partner in dealing with challenges, not a rival, the embassy said in a statement.
“Forcibly ‘de-risking’ based on ideological prejudice and competition anxiety will only be counterproductive and artificially intensify risks,” it added. — Reuters
