PETALING JAYA , May 28 — The remaining Cabinet line-up is expected to be announced soon, said Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.
When asked by the media when the full Cabinet would be revealed, Dr Mahathir said “very soon”.
However, he did not reveal further on the details of the line-up announcement, which will extend the existing 12 Cabinet members formed last week.
Dr Mahathir chaired the first cabinet meeting in Perdana Putra on Wednesday where all 12 ministers who were sworn in last Monday attended.
The first Pakatan Harapan Cabinet line-up currently has the following portfolios: Finance, Home Affairs, Defence, Economic Affairs, Women and Family Development, Transport, Education, Communication and Multimedia, Agriculture and Agro-Based Industry, Rural Development, Housing and Local Government, Human Resources, and Health.
