PETALING JAYA, March 3 — PKR today launched a campaign to help Sarawak’s flood victims under its “MyChangemakers” initiative, a non-profit volunteer unit that mobilises youths to do community work.

Programme coordinator Adam Fistival Wilfrid said funds raised for MyChangemakers will be channeled to its machinery in affected areas in Sarawak, which will then go for infrastructure repairs.

“MyChangemakers has identified infrastructural assistance as our priority and focus.

“This means we will be cleaning and repairing houses, public facilities and even roads, instead of sending good stuffs,” Wilfrid told reporters here.

The initiative will also coincide with #HelpSarawak, a social media campaign aimed at creating awareness and inculcating volunteerism.
