KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 16 — Felda Global Ventures Holdings Bhd (FGV) has denied a report today on the website of a local newspaper that a former Felda senior officer was among five suspects nabbed for militant activities.
In a statement today, FGV said it was firmly against any form of extremism or radicalism and has zero tolerance in the harming of innocent lives.
“For the record, all FGV employees are bound by the Employee Code of Ethics and Conduct, which prohibits any involvement in wrongful activities that could tarnish the company’s reputation,” it said. — Bernama
