GEORGE TOWN, April 19 — Three out of five PAS divisions in Penang, which held their annual general meetings today, nominated incumbent PAS president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang for the number one post at the party’s upcoming elections in June.
The three divisions — Bayan Baru, Balik Pulau and Nibong Tebal — also nominated PAS vice-president and Pahang PAS commissioner Datuk Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man for the number two post.
The other two divisions — Permatang Pauh and Jelutong — have postponed their polls. — Bernama
