BESUT, April 11 — A cafe worker sustained a slash wound in the shoulder when he was attacked by a sword-wielding motorcyclist near the Kampung Raja mini-stadium here yesterday.
The 31-year-old victim who works at the Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin Tembila campus was returning home on his motorcycle after work when the incident occurred at 12.15am.
Besut police chief Supt Khaled Che Lah said today, the victim, from Pasir Puteh, Kelantan rode to the Kampung Raja police station to lodge a report.
He said the man's family sent him to the Tengku Anis Hospital in Pasir Puteh. — Bernama
