KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 5 — Traffic flow from the federal capital to the north and south along the North-South Expressway (Plus) is reported moving smoothly as at 4pm today.
A spokesman at the Plus Expressways Bhd Traffic Control Centre expects the number of vehicles to increase tomorrow as more people will be returning to their respective hometowns for the Aidilfitri celebration.
“So far, the traffic flow is still smooth, including on the Penang bridge from both direction, the Johor causeway, Pagoh and Yong Peng,” he said when contacted by Bernama.
Meanwhile, Malaysian Highway Authority (LLM) spokesman said the traffic flow on other expressways was also moving smoothly.
