From February 9-14, Nobu’s Valentine’s Day Omakase serves up a delightful gastronomic journey that includes Chawan Mushi Cappuccino, juicy Tenderloin with Foie Gras and the Nobu Style Sushi Cup. Dessert is Sweet Moment, a strawberry Mochi cream puff that wraps up the evening of love.

The meal is priced at RM495++ per person, and should you wish to add a special Valentine’s Day cocktail, Benitate, to the meal, it is RM555++ per
person.

Trace Restaurant @ Element Kuala Lumpur

There’s one place that will get you on cloud nine, almost. It’s the 275-metre high restaurant, Trace, located in Element Kuala Lumpur.

Diners get to enjoy a marvellous view of the cityscape and the Petronas Twin Towers while savouring a 4-course rustic Italian dinner appropriately themed That’s Amore.

The menu includes Truffle (prawn mousse with watermelon rind pickle, bisque aioli and micro cress) and Poached Halibut (halibut fish in poaching liquid with truffle pomme purée, sauté medley vegetable and salsa verde gremolata).

The other option for the main dish is Beef Cheek (sous vide beef cheek with truffle pomme purée, sauté medley vegetables and natural juice).

French Feast Restaurant Wine & Bar 

The romance of Paris will be evoked by Chef Mickael Cornutrait who has prepared a 4-course Valentine’s dinner menu designed for Him and Her. 

For Her: Pan-seared Hokkaido scallops with mint and green pea cream and cheese crisp, cocoa marbled foie gras terrine with gingerbread crisps and grilled duck strip with Morello cherry sauce, roasted pistachios and honey glazed carrots, among others.

For Him: Dishes include pan-seared Hokkaido scallops, chorizo and piquillos pepper, pan-fried foie gras with fig and onion chutney and 52°C roasted duck magret with rich morel sauce and Darphin potato cake.

The dinner for February 14 is priced at RM380+ per couple.

The hotel’s Samplings on the Fourteenth fine dining restaurant is a lovely place for a special night like Valentine’s as it has a panoramic view of the KL skyline.

The special 3-course pre-Valentine’s Day dinner on February 13 is priced at RM98 per person. You could also pamper your soulmate with a 5-course dinner on February 14 at RM388 per couple.
