WIGAN (England), June 19 — ‌Greater Manchester Mayor Andy Burnham will ‌return to Britain’s parliament after winning an election in the north of England today, removing a ‌key obstacle to ⁠a leadership ⁠challenge ⁠against Prime Minister ⁠Keir Starmer.
