HANOI, Oct 28 ― Online travel magazine Smart Travel Asia has voted VietJet as the ninth best budget airline in Asia, Vietnam News Agency (VNA) reported.
“We are truly delighted to be named as one of Asia's best budget airlines by Smart Travel Asia's well-travelled readers,” said VietJet managing director Luu Duc Khanh.
VietJet has announced it will soon receive three new Airbus aircraft to expand its network in Asia.
Smart Travel Asia has a readership of more than one million worldwide.
Last September, the International Intellectual Property Institute and the Vietnam Science and Entrepreneurs' Union named VietJet as one of the top 10 most well-known brands in Vietnam in 2014. ― Bernama
