SEOUL, Aug 25 — BTS member Jimin is starring in a new global campaign by Google for its artificial intelligence assistant Gemini, showing how he uses the tool to help translate messages for fans.

The campaign features the K-pop star using Gemini to find the right words to convey his feelings when communicating with fans, The Straits Times reported citing The Korea Herald/Asia News Network.

Jimin said he takes care over his choice of words when writing to fans and wants his messages to reflect his genuine feelings.

“When I am sending out letters to fans, I tend to choose each and every word carefully,” he said.

The campaign comes after Google and BTS teamed up earlier this month for a takeover of Sphere, the entertainment venue near Las Vegas in Paradise, Nevada.

The collaboration saw Google display images of South Korean landscapes and Gemini search tabs across the venue’s giant screen.

It also included interactive features such as personalised playlists featuring songs by the seven-member group.
