KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 26 — Shares of Malaysia Airlines (MAS) will be removed from the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities from December 31, 2014 at 9am, the local bourse announced today.

The national airline suspended trading of the shares since December 15 to facilitate its selective capital reduction (SCR) repayment exercise until its delisting, following a privatisation exercise by Khazanah Nasional Bhd.

The trading of MAS shares will continue to be suspended until the completion of the SCR. — Bernama
