SEREMBAN, April 11 — Negotiations for State Legislative Assembly (DUN) seats in the six states which will face state elections (PRN) are still open even though Pakatan Harapan (PH) and Barisan Nasional (BN) have agreed that the incumbents in the 14th general election (GE14) will be retained in their respective seats.

Amanah deputy president Datuk Seri Salahuddin Ayub said such matters usually happen in any seat allocation process before an election.

“In general, the seats won by the party that contested in GE14 are usually not touched, however it is open to discussion. It is inevitable if they want to discuss the division of seats, it is normal in any seat negotiation process,” he said.
