KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 15 — Education Minister Fadhlina Sidek today said that the ministry intends to bring back the National Education Advisory Council.

In a press conference today, she said that the advisory council will help the ministry to shape ideas and strategies for the trajectory of the country’s education.

“With the existence of this advisory council, it is hoped that it will be able to contribute ideas and views to the Ministry of Education in formulating and improving the direction of national education,” she said.

However, Fadhlina did not specify what will be under the council’s purview and said that it will be addressed alongside the list of names to be included in the council in the near future.
