KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 23 — A lane at Persiaran Dato’ Menteri in Shah Alam, Selangor will be closed for the next seven days starting tomorrow.
The closure will affect a 1.5km stretch between the Persiaran Damai intersection traffic light until the entrance of Pejabat Pos Besar Shah Alam.
“The 1.5 kilometres lane closure is to facilitate the LRT3 piloting works in the area and closure will commence from 10pm until 5am the next day.
“Normal traffic flow will be restored before the morning peak hours,” MRCB George Kent, the project delivery partner of the LRT3 project, said in a statement today.
The lane is scheduled to reopen on February 1, although works may be delayed in the event of inclement weather.
