SINGAPORE, Aug 22 — Despite Singapore’s location near the Equator, this hasn’t stopped the world’s smallest Inuits from running riot across one of the island nation’s historical landmarks.
Visitors to the National Museum of Singapore at night will be able to see the cute cartoon characters called the Anooki playing peekaboo on its façade until August 29, as part of the Singapore Night Festival, which is in its eighth year.
The projection-mapping project called “The Anooki Celebrate Singapore” is by French graphic designers David Passegand and Moetu Batlle.
Watch the video to find out why the Anooki were chosen by the audience at 2014 Fete des Lumiere in France as their favourite light artwork.
