KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 3 — Award-winning Hong Kong actor Tony Leung Chiu Wai has uploaded two new on Douyin, the Chinese version of TikTok since joining less than a week ago including one admitting to suffering from social anxiety.

In the 29-second clip, the 61-year-old was replied to the question of how he overcomes his social anxiety.

He went on to show his three methods of dealing with the disorder.

"Firstly, I smile; secondly, I wave; and thirdly, I make a heart gesture.”

As he mentioned each point, Leung acted them out, smiling, waving and making a finger heart at the camera.

"Did you all catch that?” he smiled and asked.

Leung joined Douyin on Monday, January 30, with fans giving him a warm welcome.

Even ‘Heavenly King’ Andy Lau made a clip a congratulate Leung on joining the platform.

To date, Leung has gathered 2.01 million followers.
