STOCKHOLM, June 19 — Sweden is “very determined” to join Nato by the time the alliance holds its summit in Vilnius in mid-July, Swedish Defence Minister Pal Jonson said today, despite continued Turkish objections to its membership bid.

“We are very determined to become a full-fledged member of the alliance as soon as possible and by Vilnius at the latest,” Jonson said.
