KUALA TERENGGANU, June 27 ― T-Team's fine run and surge to the top of the Premier League table is due to discipline and quality play by the squad, said head coach Tomislav Steinbruckner.
He said the commitment and the high fighting spirit showed by the players allowed the team to collect three more three points last night.
“It is definitely good because all my players played well and showed their momentum in this game. I am satisfied with my team,” he told reporters after the match.
The Croatian commended the team's Uzbekistan striker Farhod Tadjiev who proved his ability by scoring all three goals to keep T-Team at the top of the table.
T-Team beat PKNS FC 3-1 at Sultan Ismail Nasiruddin Shah Stadium. It was T-Team's 10th win this season. ― Bernama
