KUALA TERENGGANU, April 4 ― T-Team can be Premier League champions this season as they have overcome great teams, said head coach Tomislav Strinbruckner.
He said they had proven this when they beat table toppers Sabah, Negeri Sembilan and Johor DT II.
“Some of the strongest team we managed to overcome and I believe we can be (Premier League) champions this season,” he told reporters here today.
Meanwhile, he said he was unhappy with Josip Milardovic (new import) whose first match was against Sabah because of many mistakes.
He said he will focus on the imported players during a training session ahead of their next meeting with DRH-Hicom in Tanjung Malim next week.
T-Team edged Sabah 4-3 at the Sultan Ismail Nasaruddin Shah Stadium here yesterday. ― Bernama
