KUALA LUMPUR, MAY 1 — It’s time to rock n’ roll fellas, ‘cause legendary rock band Bon Jovi will be returning to Malaysian shores for a performance after 20 long years!

Made up of lead singer and namesake Jon Bon Jovi, pianist and keyboard player David Bryan, drummer Tico Torres and touring guitarist Phil X who unofficially replaced Richie Sambora in 2013, the American rock band is set to perform in Kuala Lumpur on 19 September 2015, Star 2 reports.

The venue of the concert is not yet confirmed, but word has it that Stadium Merdeka and the Sepang International Circuit are being considered.

According to sources, after their performance in Malaysia, Bon Jovi will be heading to Singapore for another show in conjunction with the Formula Grand Prix there.

Even though most of the band members are well over 50 now, they are still active in the music scene, especially lead singer Jon, who will have a solo tour next month.

Bon Jovi last performed in Malaysia 20 years ago on 4 May 1995 at Shah Alam Stadium.

The band’s latest album is “What About Now”, which was released in 2013. They will have another upcoming album in 2016.
