The still-missing Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 was deliberately lost and deviated from its flight path without any sense, Flightglobal’s David Learmount has said.

The operations and safety editor for the aviation news site said that a year on from MH370’s disappearance, the world is still “no nearer” to finding out what happened to the plane that carried 239 people on board.
“But all the evidence — and I mean all — suggests the aircraft went to a spot where its computers would never have taken it. It looks as if there was some kind of deliberate act. The plane changed direction dramatically. It did a U-turn and went somewhere that makes absolutely no sense whatsoever."
