KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 28 — A driver was trapped and suffered a broken arm in a four-vehicle crash along the Subang route towards the Federal Highway this morning.

Selangor Fire and Rescue Department assistant operations director Ashrul Riezal Ashbar said the department received an emergency call at 9.24am before five personnel from the Subang Jaya Fire and Rescue Station were dispatched to the scene, according to Berita Harian today.

“The fire engine arrived at 9.45am and found that the crash involved a tour bus and three cars.

“The tour bus was not carrying any passengers at the time, while a 36-year-old man was found trapped in the driver’s seat of a Honda City,” he said in a statement today.

Ashrul Riezal said firefighters managed to extricate the victim, who had suffered a broken arm, before handing him over to Health Ministry personnel for further treatment.
