KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 16 — The mother of the 16-year-old schoolgirl who was stabbed to death by her schoolmate at a secondary school in Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, has shared a heartbreaking tribute to her daughter on Facebook.
In her post, the grieving mother expressed that she was “truly at a loss for words” and that her “heart aches deeply” following the sudden and tragic loss.
“Such a beautiful child, yet encountered such a cruel thing.
“I am sure anyone who has read the news should know that my little daughter was tragically killed.
“She was a very sweet, kind and self-disciplined child. From a young age, she never gave us any trouble, was always thoughtful towards her parents and considerate of others, never asking us for anything.
“I only wish that she can find peace in another world and that her soul finds comfort and happiness.
“Mom will love you forever and miss you always,” her post read.
The mother ended her message by thanking well-wishers and urging them to keep her daughter in their thoughts and prayers.
In the October 14 incident, the victim died from multiple stab wounds to the chest and neck after being attacked by a 14-year-old student in the girls’ toilet.
The suspect was later arrested and is currently under police remand.
