KUALA LUMPUR, March 15 — Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim today shared several photos of his audience with Sultan of Kedah Al-Aminul Karim Sultan Sallehuddin Sultan Badlishah at Istana Anak Bukit, Alor Setar yesterday.
In a posting on Facebook, he also thanked Sultan Sallehuddin for granting him the audience last night.
The prime minister said during the session, he updated the Kedah Ruler on the development of the country and the state.
Anwar said he also visited the tomb of Almarhum Sultan Abdul Hamid Halim Shah ibni Sultan Ahmad Tajuddin Mukarram Shah; Almarhum Sultan Badlishah ibni Almarhum Sultan Abdul Hamid Halim Shah; Almarhum Sultan Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah ibni Almarhum Sultan Badlishah and Almarhum Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra Al-Haj ibni Almarhum Sultan Abdul Hamid Halim Shah at the Langgar Royal Mausoleum.
He also prayed that Sultan Sallehuddin, Sultanah of Kedah Sultanah Maliha Tengku Ariff and the entire royal family will always be blessed with Allah’s grace and guidance, and will always be healthy, prosperous and full of sovereignty. — Bernama
