KUALA LUMPUR, May 19 — The police are continuing their ongoing investigation at former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s home today, with the first police car arriving at around 9.55am.

The cops, who are led by Commercial Crimes Investigation Department director Commissioner Datuk Seri Amar Singh had previously told reporters that Najib was being investigated under the Anti Money Laundering Act (Amla).

The police have been investigating properties owned by or linked to Najib since Wednesday night.

Last night, it was reported that the storage vault in Najib’s Jalan Langgak Duta personal residence has been opened. The police found an additional eight safes inside the vault.

The police had also confiscated hundreds of designer handbags from the same residence and three high end apartments in the city centre.

Najib’s first visitor arrived today at around 9.25am in a Jaguar.
