PUTRAJAYA, May 14 — Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah of Brunei and his son Prince Abdul Mateen were see at the Perdana Leadership Foundation here this morning for a meeting with Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.

The Bruneian monarch was seen arriving in a black Mercedes with the registration number XII NAM 6 at 11.45am, accompanied by a large convoy.

Dr Mahathir had arrived at 9.10am to chair a meeting with the secretaries-general of all the ministries.

Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail arrived later at 11.28am.

Dr Mahathir announced the appointment of three key ministerial portfolios in his new Cabinet last Saturday.

Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia president Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin is home minister, DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng is finance minister and Parti Amanah Negara president Mohamad Sabu is defence minister.
