KUALA LUMPUR, June 2 — Malaysia Airlines’ (MAS) flight MH194 on May 31, 2015, from Kuala Lumpur to Mumbai made a safe landing at Mumbai airport with one deflated tyre.
“During the landing roll, debris from the deflated tyre had damaged two other wheels,” MAS said in a statement replying to a news report on the incident by a news portal in India.
It said after disembarking the passengers, the aircraft was taken to Air India’s hangar for immediate repair work.
Flight MH194, operated by Boeing 777 aircraft, was carrying 275 passengers and 13 crew members, it said. — Bernama
