KUALA LUMPUR, March 25 — The theory that Flight MH370 crashed in the southern Indian Ocean is a “criminal” act of evidence fabrication, a military expert has said.
UK news website International Business Times reported Andre Milne as saying in a letter addressed to the Australian government that the belief that the Malaysia Airlines plane had gone down in the Indian Ocean lacked “corroborative evidence”.
“Failure to refute and disqualify my submission validates my allegation that your claim MH370 exited Malaysian airspace to crash in the Indian Ocean is not only an Artificial Incursion Theory but a criminal act of fabrication of evidence,” Milne was quoted saying.
Milne also reportedly claimed that there is a cover up of what really happened to the plane that disappeared last March, alleging a “pattern of corruption by unknown officials”.
The military aviation technology expert, however, refused to tell IBTimes UK where he thinks Flight MH370 is located.
An international search has yet to recover any wreckage from Flight MH370 since it vanished without a trace enroute to Beijing, China, from Kuala Lumpur on March 8 last year.
