NIBONG TEBAL, Oct 7 — The body of an unidentified man, believed to be foreigner, was found floating near several fish cages off Pulau Burung here today.
A group of fishermen stumbled on the victim, in his 30s, about noon.
Seberang Perai Selatan police chief Supt Wan Hassan Wan Ahmad said the victim was believed to have died in the last 24 hours.
He said the police had not ruled out the possibility of the man falling into the sea as no injuries were found on the body.
The body was sent to the Sungai Bakap Hospital. — AFP
