SINGAPORE, Feb 20 — Two people will be splitting S$13.9 million (RM41.6 million), after their numbers were picked in yesterday’s Toto Hongbao draw.
The winning numbers were 16, 18, 20, 21, 27, 49, with the additional number of 23.
The winning tickets were bought at Livewire (Marina Bay Sands) and Ng Teo Guan @ Ubi Ave 1. One ticket was a Quick Pick (Ordinary) and one was a Quick Pick (System 7).
The excitement was high at the Singapore Pools Building as punters gathered to hear the winning numbers. The crowd was mainly middle aged.
Madam Lian, who is in her 50s, told TODAY she came down as it was more exciting to witness the draw live.
Another punter, John Ang, 67, a retiree, said in Mandarin: “I bought an (S$1) ordinary ticket on a whim, happened to be around this area, so I decided to come see the results live.” — TODAY
