SINGAPORE, Nov 2 — Fancy having your favourite prata in air conditioned comfort? Then you’ll want to head to the Fullerton Hotel Singapore’s riverside restaurant, Town Restaurant for its Roti Prata Extravaganza that’s on all this week until November 8.
The restaurant has partnered with Casuarina Curry House, one of Singapore’s most popular destinations for roti prata and curry, for their buffet dinner spread.
The 29-year-old prata establishment’s is well-loved by many locals and this collaboration will see them offering not only its menu of various pratas and murtabak, but dishes such as Paneer Butter Masala (a popular Punjabi dish made with Indian cottage cheese), Aloo Gobi (dry Indian dish made with potatoes, cauliflower and Indian spices) and Payasam (a dessert made from Asian rice pudding made by boiling rice, broken wheat, tapioca, or vermicelli with milk and sugar, flavoured with cardamom, raisins, saffron, cashew nuts, pistachios or almonds).
It also includes a local spread with favourites such as laksa, Hainanese chicken rice and mee rebus.
Roti Prata Extravaganza is available during dinner from 6.30pm to 10.30pm. It is priced at S$55 (adults) and S$28 (children aged 6 to 11 years old) from Sundays to Tuesdays. From Wednesdays to Saturdays it’s priced at S$69 (adults, with a seafood selection) or S$89 (adults with a free flow of draught beer and Singapore Sling); and S$34 (children). — TODAY
