KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 28 — Hollywood actors Noah Wyle, George Clooney and Ryan Reynolds are among 20 celebrities recognised by People magazine as Sexiest Men Alive who have also embraced fatherhood.

The American entertainment magazine published a feature yesterday celebrating past winners of its annual title, alongside their experiences of raising children and how parenthood has influenced their lives.

Here are some of the famous fathers who have received the title over the years.

1. Noah Wyle (2026)

The Pitt actor Noah Wyle, 55, is a father of three children, Owen, Auden and Frances Harper, from his two marriages.

Wyle, who first became a father in 2002, previously told People that having children made him more conscious of the characters he portrayed and the example he was setting for them.

2. John Krasinski (2024)

The A Quiet Place actor shares two daughters, Hazel and Violet, with his wife, actress Emily Blunt.

Krasinski previously told People that being the only male in the household, including their pet dog, made raising his daughters an interesting experience.

3. Patrick Dempsey (2023)

The Grey’s Anatomy actor has three children with his wife Jillian Dempsey, and previously joked that they would be quick to tease him about receiving the honour.

“They’re just going to make fun of me and pick on me and figure out every reason why I shouldn’t be,” he told People.

4. Paul Rudd (2021)

The Ant-Man actor shares two children, Jack and Darby, with his wife Julie Yaeger.

Despite his Hollywood career, Rudd said spending time with his family remained one of his greatest pleasures.

“When I think about myself, I think of myself as a husband and a father,” he told People.

5. John Legend (2019)

Singer John Legend is a father of four children, Luna, Miles, Esti and Wren, with his wife Chrissy Teigen.

The couple frequently share glimpses of their family life on social media.

6. Idris Elba (2018)

The British actor has two children, daughter Isan and son Winston, from previous relationships.

Elba previously told People that witnessing the births of his children was among the most meaningful experiences of his life.

7. Dwayne Johnson (2016)

The Moana actor is a father of three daughters, Simone, Jasmine and Tiana, from his current and previous relationships.

Johnson previously credited his relationships with his children and wife Lauren Hashian for helping him remain grounded despite his success.

8. David Beckham (2015)

The former England football captain shares four children, Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and Harper, with his wife Victoria Beckham.

Beckham previously joked that his eldest son Brooklyn had questioned whether he should have received the Sexiest Man Alive title instead.

9. Chris Hemsworth (2014)

The Thor actor has three children, India, Tristan and Sasha, with his wife Elsa Pataky.

Hemsworth has shared moments of family life over the years, including baking birthday cakes for his children.

10. Ryan Reynolds (2010)

The Deadpool actor shares four children, James, Inez, Betty and Olin, with his wife Blake Lively.

After receiving the Sexiest Man Alive title in 2010, Reynolds was subsequently recognised by People as Sexiest Dad Alive in 2016.

11. George Clooney (1997 and 2006)

Clooney, who received the Sexiest Man Alive title twice, is raising twins Ella and Alexander with his wife Amal Clooney.

The actor previously told The Hollywood Reporter that he hoped his children would grow up to be happy, compassionate and empathetic towards others.

12. Ben Affleck (2002)

The Oscar-winning actor shares three children, Violet, Seraphina and Samuel, with his former wife Jennifer Garner.

Affleck previously told Good Morning America that his children's memories of him would ultimately determine how he judged his life as a father.
