LOS ANGELES, April 18 ― A new collection from the premium notebook maker inspired by Lewis Carroll's timeless children's classic are now on sale in the US and in Europe.

The series consists of four hardcover books, each featuring a faithful reproduction of a John Tenniel illustration.

Tenniel was the man to whom Carroll turned to bring “Alice's Adventures in Wonderland” to life when it was first published. What's more, each book in the collection also features a copy of a page from Carroll's original hand-written manuscript on the flyleaves.

Both design features required Moleskine to work closely with the British Library.

For an added touch of collectability, a special fifth design with a clothbound cover is also available to order and is limited to 5,000 individually numbered examples.

The collection is on sale now with prices ranging from US$18.95 (RM68.64) for a pocket-sized book to US$24.00 for the larger plain or ruled-paper book. ― AFP-Relaxnews
