Putin and South Africa’s Ramaphosa discuss Ukraine, energy by phone, says Kremlin

MOSCOW, March 28 — Russian President Vladimir Putin briefed South African President Cyril Ramaphosa by phone on the situation in Ukraine, the Kremlin said today.
