GAZA, Oct 9 — An Israeli official dismissed today reports of a possible prisoner swap between Israel and the Palestinian factions in the Gaza Strip.

“There are no negotiations under way,” the Israeli official, speaking on condition of anonymity, told Reuters. — Reuters
