1. Learn to let go
At this age, you are no longer allowed to be immature. When you can’t get the love, relationships and realities that you desired, you must learn to let go. Give yourself a chance to start over. As long as your confidence is still there along your courage and diligent, success will come eventually.
2. Take care of your friendships
True friendships are the most dear thing in this life. It’s like a sweater in the times of winter. It is tailored by your character and deeds. At this age, you must cherish this as much as possible. Take care of it with all your heart.
3. Sow kindness everywhere
Do everything within your power so that those who are less fortunate than you can feel the sunshine and beauty of this world. Such kindness must be sown often, it will nurture you to boom like the most beautiful flower in the world.
4. Learn to love music
Music is the MSG of your life. It gives tastes to your daily lives. It has the powers to heal your emotions and open your memory and imagination. Put your heart into it, and it can bring you unexpected tranquility.
5. Avoid two kinds of pain
There are two bitterness in life — the first one is the pain for not getting the things you want; the second is overly attached to something. The easiest solution is to leave everything to God and treat everything as a loan from God. You put in your best effort, and let God decides when and what to give. Drop your expectations, just like how you drop your cup.
6. Learn to bear

7. Remain grateful always

8. Love your work
Your work reflects your value and character. Find reasons to love your work. It puts foods on the table for you and family.
9. Never stop learning
You are actually having a chat with your wisdom over a cup of coffee when you read or write. Reading and writing activities help to strengthen your memory, perception and understanding. You thinking abilities will improve and you will gain more insights on matters that interested you. At this age, you will be overwhelmed by joy every time you learn something new! Try it, to experience the joy in learning.
10. Enjoy sports!
This is probably the hardest to do among the 10 advices listed here. Time and fatigue are always the convenient excuses to skip this step. But there is a dear price to pay when you pass your mid-age zone if you decide to ignore this. Try to enjoy sports. While doing so, you can also enjoy the nature. You will not only lose weight, you will also learn to counter your laziness and heavy buttocks.
When you leave a place, the scenery is no longer yours.
When you lose a person, that person is no longer related to you.
That’s how life is. It is short.
